LIVESTREAMING: 

REGISTRATIONS: Registration opens on Sunday 6th November 2022 17:00 – 19:00. If you have arrived early on Sunday, we recommend registering on the day.

ADMITTANCE: Entering the conference is only with the nametag that may be scanned. Please keep your name tag visible at all times during the conference.  Name tags are to be used also for the back-to-back event NEEMO School 3 and other parrallel events and meetings.

ATTENDANCE SHEETS: Attendance sheets are to be signed by all participants that are in receipt of support from EU-funded projects. Please visit the registration desk on a daily basis.

PAPER SESSIONS: All papers are to be presented oral presentations using the PPT Template.  The duration of each paper presented is 10 minutes including Q&A.

NEEMO School 3: NEEMO Project School 3 will kick-off with a lunch after MEDPOWER2022 on the 9th November 2022 followed by keynote lectures and hands-on workshops from 9 – 11 November 2022.  On the 11th November 2022 NEEMO School 3 will conduct this training with the EIT Urban Mobility Hub and will continue with EV trails on the 12th November 2022. Registrations for NEEMO School 3 are still open but limited in numbers.
