Upon submitting the Registration Form please consider the receipt of responses as the invoice. Full payment must be received within 2 weeks of Registration Form Submission / before the early bird deadline / before the conference start. We will issue an invoice upon request on info@medpower2022.org which will be forwarded by email electronically. IET/IEEE / student status confirmations and VISA invitation letter requests are to be sent to info@medpower2022.org.

All authors whose papers are accepted must register (early registration) for the Conference in order to have their papers published in the Proceedings of MEDPOWER2022 (at least one author for each paper).
Authors of accepted papers must register and pay by 01 October, 2022.
Participation Fee includes: Access to all Conference Sessions and Conference Proceedings, Welcome Reception, Refreshments and Coffee Breaks, Lunches and Gala Dinner.
One author can present a maximum of two papers without extra charge.
Participants presenting multiple papers will be charged an additional €130 (available at Conference Extras) for each additional paper after the two, unless covered by the registration fee of another co-author.
Student Fees are intended for all regular bachelor. master and postgraduate students under the age of 30. To qualify for Student Fee please send us a scanned valid student enrollment document by the 1st of October 2022. The student enrollment documentation verification process may also be performed during conference in-person registration. Please bring this documentation with you.

If the face-to-face Congress has to be cancelled as a result of an outbreak of COVID/Pandemic restricting travel to, or circulation within Malta MEDPOWER2022 will hold a virtual Conference and all delegates will be transferred to the virtual event. Delegates who are unable to attend the Conference due to their location in a declared COVID/Pandemic hot spot will be automatically transferred to become virtual delegates.
Substitutions are allowed for delegates upon notification. For authors substitution with one of your co-authors only is acceptable.
No Shows will NOT be refunded.
This contractual liability exemption clause is equally valid in case of an event of force majeure which leads to the disruption and/or the partial or complete cancellation of the Conference programme, for reasons not attributable to MEDPOWER2022. An event of force majeure is defined as an unforeseen and exceptional event – be it climatic, environmental, political or socio-economic – and does not imply any limitation.
Furthermore, the delegate also expressly agrees to totally absolve MEDPOWER2022 organisers from any responsibility and liability with regard to travel insurance and related costs or claims. It is solely up to the individual to seek out and purchase or otherwise obtain the necessary insurance with regards to his/her travel, etc. and/or to independently issue a claim against any third party that may be responsible for direct or indirect losses or damages caused to or suffered by the delegate en route to and from the Conference.
